Plymouth have a strong interest as you would expect. However, a few clubs have him on the radar. Hes rated at SAFC but other players ahead of him..game time will be restricted.

I'd have liked Simms but as the nature with a player where theres a few clubs interested the selling club can play them all off against each other to get the highest possible fee. It can start to get silly very quickly.
