Don't think so, it will be a separate arrangement with Spurs with a time limit attached to it. 3 years from when he signed for example.
Absolutely brilliant news that. He is an outstanding footballer. Vying for best player at the club in my opinion. We have something special happening when players that good sign extensions with us.
That would mean it would disappear next summer then. Good news if we can get past that, hes worth more than £6m now.

Agree. It's something that I was really strong about in the Donald era. People saying we couldn't stop the best young talent leaving.
If you create the environment, engage correctly and provide structured opportunities, they won't want to leave.
Thats where we are now. Class.
I don't know for certain if it's 3 years btw. That was plucked out of the air but it won't be connected to how many new contracts Cirkin signs with us.

Wonder how that buy back clause works with spurs. Didn't he sign a 3 year deal in 2021 which I would imagine runs for another year with the clause in.
If they did activate it to sign him back I doubt it would be to play for them. They would have another deal lined up to sell him on to another club. Say, 6m back to them and 10m on to Brighton for example.
