Dortmunds recruitment team is obviously a huge asset to them.
Mind you over the years look at the players they have sold in years gone by, Lewandowski, Aubameyang, Gotze, Sancho, Dembele, Pulisic, Mkhitaryan, Hummels, Haaland… and they still nearly won the league last year and regularly challenge at the top in Germany, albeit always pipped by Bayern

If it’s a toss up between simms for 3.5 or maja for free I’d probably edge towards maja

I know its natural for all of us to want things to happen quickly but i definitely think there's an element of keeping some of our powder dry this summer.

If (big if) we get an acceptable offer for Clarke, then the spending power that gives us is significant and opens up a whole new market to us.

So whilst I think we should move quickly for our first choice players if we can afford them without selling - we should hold off any peripheral players until we know budget.

Yeah I think your right there, the top loans will be after the parent clubs have had a good look at them in pre season, we have a solid base to start with so not the same rush as previous seasons for me

Chris and his dad are Ncle fans but his younger brother and Mam are lads fans, From what i have been told the family are happy for him to stay at Sunderland as they have proven that youth will get a chance and they think this is best for his development. Was also told that KLD has personally spoken to the family regarding his first professional contract and reassured the parents regarding this

Yep. Like you say, Mam and Bro support sunderland. It's the academy that the family were looking at for the best development.
