Appeared we missed a cutting edge tonight at Gay Meadow. Times running out to get in some striking options before the start in a week or so’s time

Just out of interest, I have been scanning this and other social media platforms of other Championship clubs. Just about all of them have a mention of a desperate need for a couple of strikers. I've been saying for a while how difficult it would be for us to find the elusive striker but it seems even I have been underestimating the challenge.
Anyway, I'm sure as our midfield starts to get, we'll start to cut open defenses.

Bit curious as to why we've not seen Rubin Colwill so far...
Hopefully it's not an injury or the opposite, with him being kept wrapped up in cotton wool ready for a sale.

I think it is important to give all players a run out but i think Morrison should be thinking of picking the side that will be starting against Norwich,they need a few games together to get to know the system they will be playing.
I read somewhere that he's carrying a niggle. Him, Davies and Adams were quoted as 3 being unavailable.
Id have been ok with mix and match for the first couple games but would liked to have seen the team becoming more '1st choice like' as games went by.
I suspect we might get a better idea of the starting lineup in the final friendly this Saturday at Swindon.

Glad you used the word "could" as it's possible to be in trouble even if we get them. In the other hand, we "could" do well without them. Difficult to judge at the moment but I guess we're about to find out.
