I haven't watched him extensively. Seen him a couple of times, and a few clips, although anyone can be made to look like Pele if you are selective with clips.
But I wont pretend to be an expert.
His stats are very meh, but he is 20, so plenty of time to improve, and in a better team than than Atalanta, and with a good manager, theres no telling what his potential may be a year or two down the road.
I can never understand why people die on the "He's gonna be ****" hill......I did that once eons ago and got made to look foolish, with a certain player everyone called twinkletoes, who turned out to be the second best player of his generation and one of the greatest players to have ever existed.
One issue is that players like Messi, Ronaldo and Haaland have set the bar so high, that if a player isnt grabbing 40 goals a season in all comps by the time they are 21, people start poo-pooing them.
Same with wingers like with Salah and Son, grabbing 20 goals in the league.
Used to be that if a winger got double figures in goals and assists, he was great. 12 goals and 11 assists was considered a great return, now everyone expects 25 goals +.
Those sorts of players are anomalies.
