best ticket I ever had was for the 2nd night of the two oasis gigs. Less than £20 with booking fee, had the stub and price was £17.50. Crazy daze
**** me, our 12th consecutive away draw.Leeds at home. I make us favourites for that.
**** me we are actually going to win the cup![]()
That sounds really weird.I remember my journey to Plymouth with my lot one season some decades back, and my day out was paid for by a Man Utd ticket tout. For some daft reason Man Utd were having to play a European game at their place but to get access to tickets, if you went to the Plymouth v Gills game you got a voucher, that entitled you to purchase a ticket, crazy idea, because I didn't need it, so waited until the Man Utd lads came round and bought it off me. @Chief knows about this, because we spoke about it before.
Honest? Unlucky that.
That sounds really weird.
You'll be in the quarters before you've even got out of first gear in the cup.Wrexham/sheff utd away for us
Oasis were playing a festival I was at, I went to watch The Super Furry Animals.

I respect your opinion ... but will respectfully disagree ... Blackburn's title triumph was solely down to spending power ... having won it, Jack was happy to bugger off ... no real investment in infrastructure... our owners are not only still here but now investing in an ambitious stadium expansion (not forgetting the currentmost state of the art training complex in Europe)... we won't be spending silly money ... but we will continue with recruitment and development ... and we'll have the biggest and best stadium in the East Midlands in which to pursue more success on the pitch ...
As for changing the game ... we already have ... Brighton are very much following our template and reaping the rewards ...![]()
My memory is getting very sketchy lol.
I remember going to Spurs and getting battered something like 5-0 in cup, about a year before they closed WHL. Actually bit of trivia, there was some player that died recently, who played one game for Spurs and it was in that game.
Anton Walkes ... died in us ... a boat accident I think.
Gillingham was the lastleague cup game at the old WHL. Didn't make that but made the last EL match there, the last NLD, the last FA Cup match and the last match there too...and the first test game at new WHL (under 21s game), the first prem game, the first CL game and the first fa cup game...been pretty lucky tbh
Especially as a Leeds fan.![]()

Lol, so you’re different from Blackburn cos you have a training ground.
I’m sure that’ll go in the history books.
Football expert Neil Sausage says “Don’t confuse Leicester with the same achievement as Blackburn Rovers and Liverpool, Leicester went on to win training ground and hotel”
