That could be the bargain of the season right there. They could also easily get £20mil for him in a couple of seasons if he starts getting too good for them. Valencia must be really broke.

Why don't we go for Soldado then..

Club doctor and Bredne Rodgers left training early, but both went different ways. hmmm.

Also on Sky the boys behind the presenter were going to mad for it and they had to swtich off them. <laugh>

Well it wouldnt have gone down well if we got Sinclair.

We got Assaidi. Lets see what he can do!
We mustn't get carried away with Sterling, he's still 17, he can't play week in, week out. That leaves us with Assaidi, Borini and Suarez as forward options - I don't see why Hernandez or Sinclair wouldn't have been welcome additions to that group.

Yep, wouldn't be at all surprised if we got no one in. We've had a lot of players leave in this window, but not many have come in. We are REALLY short up front now.

I can't believe that they'd let Carroll go without signing a striker.....and I don't mean Dempsey!!!

Brendan Rodgers has been seen leaving the club's Melwood training ground but that does not mean he is going home to watch Ice Road Truckers.

Before he left, Rodgers said: "The business people at the football club are looking to put deals in place. As a manager and a coach the earlier you can get it done the better. But I've always said if we can get the players we want in by the end of the window then I can be happy. There's still a bit of time left and a bit of work to do, and hopefully we can get things done."
