Off the top of my head, Blackburn away...Carroll got a late winner. Did you not see his post match interview?

Basically trying to embarrass the journalist, saying he could only see you scoring a late winner and not them, refusing to give any explanation as to why he thought this...

Any of his pre/post match interviews last season to be fair, plenty of examples!

Not disputing that you're not entitled to your opinion bud, just find it slightly ironic given the fact that both Kenny and Benitez are huge favourites of the majority of Liverpool fans and are both hugely arrogant.

Although the irony becomes irrelevant if you are not a fan of the above named managers!

Kenny did come across as quite bitter, rude and dismissive to the media. But what do you expect from the witch hunt and hysteria surrounding the club at the time. Constantly under fire in terms of results, racism incident, overpriced player, underperforming players. It would be a lot for any man to take ...
 
He was given hell by the same journalists for most of the year. Lots of managers are spikey - like Fergie. Remember Pardew after the Arsenal game?

I like Pardew personally, always have. He's been unfairly sacked and mishandled a few times.

Maybe Kenny and Benitez are respected because they've won the biggest trophy in football for our club?

I agree that the media did target Kenny, and this got progressively worse the longer the season went on, however Kenny only fuelled the witch hunt with his "everybody hates us" approach during the majority of his interviews last year.

Agreed it is very off topic, the Kenny thing has been done to death on these boards, just didn't realise Pardew was so hated...for what it's worth his comments regarding Carroll were a little unnecessary IMO.

Still a fair amount of talk we will sign a new keeper this summer. Think we need to spend that money on the attack, but who knows what happens behind the scenes I guess.

I think we should have a front three of Suarez and midfield trio of Lucas. It could be done and would actually be pretty good. <ok> Would be a nightmare for the other team calling out marks.

Well the Metro reported that Rodgers isn't too impressed with the £10m fee for Dempsey and has now turned his attention to Ramirez ...
