While I don't really pay attention to youtube clips... I generally like this player and he would suit a Buck system. I'd say he is worth about 17m.
However It says Arsenal are also linked.... The way things seem to be panning out; Knowing us and Wenger: Arsenal will sign this player to replace the leaving Theo Walcott that will be coming our way..

Actually I have been taking notes about Belgium players simply because there seems to be a lot coming out of the woodwork. So i actually have seen him play before for Olympiakos.

I'd rather we didn't sign anyone without scouting them first (unless they are well known and available on a bargain)
I imagine we scout hundreds of players, worldwide, at any time. He's probably one of them, you'd imagine.
