I’m still hoping we bring in a couple of experienced heads. Xhaka is great but we definitely need more.

That’s what I thought. Such a presence about him and so respectful of everyone he met from the photographers to RLB. He’s a leader without exception

Same that's why i don't want him joining, he has been poor the last couple years that I've seen him. He was decent when playing in a back 3 but will get ripped to pieces in a back 4

Yep. And it's his effect on others as well as what he does himself.

I once recruited a lad for a team I was working with. He was a bit old for the job really, but it was a bit of a pressurised and difficult job we had on, and I had just a few too many young lads, though all gooduns. Inside a day, you could see the difference. He was worth the firm paying for him just for his presence and knowledge.

Xhaka will bring all that with bells on.

Will lead on the training park, in meetings, in the gym, on the park.

Schick saying he’s the biggest loss because of his aura essentially says it all.

I think we will all feel better when we bring in that starting calibre CB

I said I was fine with Seelt and Ballard for 1 game but I'm not confident at all after seeing how much Seelt struggled with long forward passes in the last 2 games
