Am I concerned about Farke - Yes but he really wasn’t backed by Norwich and I still wouldn’t swap him for your coach, I honestly think the PL is going to shock him, didn’t he get a team relegated in France?

I think Talbi will be our starting right winger before long. Talbi right, Adingra left, with Roberts and Mundle backing them up.

Whilst I’d agree and said earlier I’d only want 4 wingers, having two that will be away at the same time means I’d be inclined to agree we need a 5th. But that 5th may well be a loan rather than a transfer fee

Slightly surface level analysis, he had a terrible team in the top 4 until they sold his best players in January. Then still got them their highest finish ever in his first management job.

Then in the summer they flogged the rest of the squad and he took over as DoF and manager - which went very poorly and the depleted squad went down.

Thankfully he has 2 top sporting directors here at Sunderland that handle the transfers to suit his style and let him get on with what he does best.



But yes on the surface a lot of people assume his time in France was poor, wrongfully.

Cresswell pretty heavy links, but club have said they want left sided and he isn’t left sided.

I would be exstatic with Dewsbury Hall for £20m. Adringa is a hell of a good value deal for me. That would be another level of value finding. Chuck Veiga in and we are laughing.

On Henderson - the athletic say he has a number of offers across England and Europe and will make his decision in the next few days.

This is the most straightforward decision we've had all summer in my opinion.

The experience he has on and off the pitch is priceless... And also free.

He'd also only be here because he wants to win for us, not for a pay cheque.

Bring him home!

I however haven't brought up farke once, only commented to give context to your statement attempting to discredit Le bris as a gaffer. Nothing more.

Them players you listed as PL experienced are mainly garbage though, we wouldn’t want to sign one of them.

Last season is gone; you need to make moves. I hope Leeds stay up but the longer you leave it the less players available and the higher the price.

If we needed 10 as we all more or less agreed, you needed 8. We’ve got 5.
