They have a loaf of promising young lads. We have a load who will never be good enough! Lot of work to be done. Been a mad summer already but will get a lot busier
Doesn’t necessarily mean owtOne was playing in tier 2 at 26 years old last season and the other was playing Champions League at 19...
The most ridiculous one over the last 24 hours is that Adams are more intelligentIm like 20 pages behind can someone tell me what the rumours are on here
I can 100% see a scenario we sign Petrovic and Johnstone and sell Patto.
Doesn’t necessarily mean owt
but it seems to me that Lauriente is the better player right now but Talbi has much higher potential, which is a better fit for our model. Could be way off though, ha.Or in your case, negative at all costs.100%

Yeah I never said anything mate. It was posted that he’d heard new people were supposed to be at the BBQ someone asked me if he was reliable and I said I don’t knowOnly said he was at the BBQ and said he didn't see any new players wasn't like he made any sensationilist stories like most do
Christ I hope not
I’d rather not for the fee he’d costJohnstone isn’t amazing. But as a backup goalkeeper it’s an improvement on Moore
I’d rather not for the fee he’d cost
they paid £10 million last summer
Hopefully we hear an update in petrovic today, be great to get him inAye be less if he moves again you’d imagine.
Scenario when we sign Petrovic, sell Patto for pure profit, and bring in Johnstone for a similar fee to the sale but split over a 3 year deal or whatever benefits us in several ways.
If it was as first choice I’d sooner keep Patto and see him develop.
Definitely agree it’s worth having a few of these types in the squad that have the experience. I think the hesitancy comes from knowing that if we had a whole squad of them, we’d get murdered most weeks (obviously this isn’t the case with our recent signings)Why?
What’s bad about being linked with a keeper with a few England caps who is proven in the PL?
If he was back up to Petrovic or whatever we’d be well covered.
Hopefully we hear an update in petrovic today, be great to get him in
I actually think they are about the same at the minute and Talbi has the higher upsideTrue and tbh I know nowt about either other one, than what I've read / watched over the last few daysbut it seems to me that Lauriente is the better player right now but Talbi has much higher potential, which is a better fit for our model. Could be way off though, ha.
Would love to hear the thoughts of @Scout73 and some of the other more knowledgeable guys on here!

This lad looks at every clubs transfers and seems to know his stuff about this and that. it's from the 30th of June and oddly mentions Sam Johnstone.
