We spoke about this before the window opened but it's really shown how the midfield structure has been addressed to (in principle) become more balanced and suit Le bris. He inherited 3 very good players in Neil, Jobe and Rigg but I'm not sure the combination of 3 suited his style perfectly.
I said this to my sons last season, that he managed to get us competitive despite not having the players at his disposal to play the style of play he really wanted to.

When it keeps us up with games to spare, you'll learn to love it.
Ofc I wouldn't :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Sadiki in the little I've seen doesn't look like a RWB and two full backs in CB is no for me

I also don't see us going 5 at back as a main formation more used in closing minutes like last season

Didn't RLB only use it at the very end of the Lorient spell to try and save them which failed

I don't see it at all, he wasnt a very good wing back.

The recruitment team see things in the data that suggest he can perform there at a high level, RLBs prefered formation is three centre backs with non-traditional wingbacks and unique interplay between the wingbacks, midfield and forward.

Hey I mean hes improved as a player since he last had to play there at 18/19 but i'd be surprised nonetheless. Any reason other than Regis last job that suggests to you he wants to play a back 5 again?

Or he’s been brought in because he’s a good talented defensive midfielder which we need tbf

People seem to think Reinildo is going to be a centre back for us because of this link
