The ambitious projectI don’t know why Bard would come here. Champions league football or compete with Reinildo? And that’s all assuming Cirkin is going.

I don't see it at all, he wasnt a very good wing back.I think he has been bought specifically for RWB., his versatility is a key attraction though.
think cirkin will still be a sunderland player personallyI just think I’d rather keep Cirkin for continuity. Bard probably a better player but having two new left backs just feels odd. Maybe I just need time to get used to it
Great player but too flaky. I’d replace him with a decent offer.Gutted if Cirkin leaves, but he is canny injury prone to be fair.
I said this to my sons last season, that he managed to get us competitive despite not having the players at his disposal to play the style of play he really wanted to.We spoke about this before the window opened but it's really shown how the midfield structure has been addressed to (in principle) become more balanced and suit Le bris. He inherited 3 very good players in Neil, Jobe and Rigg but I'm not sure the combination of 3 suited his style perfectly.
Hopefully we see peak Le Bris ball soon.I said this to my sons last season, that he managed to get us competitive despite not having the players at his disposal to play the style of play he really wanted to.
I do hope so…Isidor is going to have a big season
Ofc I wouldn'tWhen it keeps us up with games to spare, you'll learn to love it.

Hey I mean hes improved as a player since he last had to play there at 18/19 but i'd be surprised nonetheless. Any reason other than Regis last job that suggests to you he wants to play a back 5 again? The recruitment team see things in the data that suggest he can perform there at a high level, RLBs prefered formation is three centre backs with non-traditional wingbacks and unique interplay between the wingbacks, midfield and forward.
Or he’s been brought in because he’s a good talented defensive midfielder which we need tbfThe recruitment team see things in the data that suggest he can perform there at a high level, RLBs prefered formation is three centre backs with non-traditional wingbacks and unique interplay between the wingbacks, midfield and forward.
?People seem to think Reinildo is going to be a centre back for us because of this link
