We’re not meant to sign to the coaches system. We’re meant to sign to the clubs system - and hire coaches who work to it as well.Supposed to sign players to suit the head coach’s system. Keep that in the guidelines of the model and you’re good. He will be recommending these players
KS said himself the other week our strategy will change in the premier league as staying up needs a lot more than our current model.
that doesn’t mean we won’t be signing young talent
He always ends up being sold for a bargain everywhere he goes.If we can get him for around the 20 mark it'll be unreal business
I think out of the team that got promoted he goes for the most moneyImagine if you had said that a year ago
What a season the lad had, also shows how quickly players can kick on - that's what makes our squad so exciting (before anyone comes in)
Would be a bit strange considering RLB came in and the system changed. Signing players that don’t fit his system would make zero senseWe’re not meant to sign to the coaches system. We’re meant to sign to the clubs system - and hire coaches who work to it as well.
This lad is a good talent mind. Would be a big statement. And I’d hope that it’s still a committee decision so my worries about giving a coach too much power are unfounded. Meant to be a bit of a dickhead from memory, but at least it’s actual like to the positions of most importance this summer![]()
Yep, slight concern as to why that keeps happeningHe always ends up being sold for a bargain everywhere he goes.
Needs his father figure back in Reggie, straighten him right out.Yep, slight concern as to why that keeps happening
Always thought he was a right d**k but he is a talent
He plays for cash strapped teamsYep, slight concern as to why that keeps happening

Not really. In fact I’d argue it’s largely stayed consistent. He just tweaked elements of it. The club owns the high level stuff. The coach gets to tweak. That’s how you avoid having to buy a whole new team every time you sack a manager.Would be a bit strange considering RLB came in and the system changed. Latter day Stefan Schwarz type. Really experienced and a step up but perhaps a bit of a dick. That said he’s been good everywhere so it doesn’t seem to hamper his performance.26yrs old 350+ games under his belt played in the top league in 4 countries plus international games
If we can get him and get his head and heart into it we might be onto a winner
Maybes an expensive one

We didn’t play a similar style to what Regis brought at all like. It’s been different across Mowbray - Beale - RLBNot really. In fact I’d argue it’s largely stayed consistent. I still think Neil has a huge part to play, going to need a squad next season and Neil is still a big part in thatthats the end of dan neil starting then
