read that the new shirt sponsor was 'now in place' and that it is a big deal money wise, this will also help in the spending department but i am wondering what other deals have been struck since promotion (love that word) especially with the owner's contacts.

plenty of fees being talked about and much more than we thought, the big plus side is that these owners are not stupid, they will not put the club in the crap but have ambition...hope it finally puts to bed all these 'penny pinching' comments.

That doesn't make sense, though. Whoever it is thinks it's a possibility that Leeds can sign him, the quote was "Sunderland over Leeds is delusional". It's not. Sunderland over *insert established Premier league team* might be...Leeds? No.
 
Yes I am. I'll repeat it again for you. He was absolutely ****e when he was on loan at Hertha Berlin. He's the type of player we'd have signed under Ellis Short. Big name, big potential, big wages. But......****e. See also Jason Denayer, Jack Rodwell and Adnan Januzaj.

I'm loving all these players being reported (recently) all seem quality, on the flip side I can see a bigger clear out than first anticipated. Might be a few surprise outgoings.

Browne will leave, loads of interest in him from the championship so he will leave

Alese I'd keep until January then maybe loan him out

Patto is a possibility but I can't see him starting anywhere else in the PL so probably best staying here and fighting Bulka (if he signs) for the no1 jersey

Need to generate some outgoings for money and squad places ( I think) I can see Patto going to Spurs the same as Woodman to Liverpool.
