We're not yet 3 days into a 78 day transfer window. There will be signings.
I do agree there will quite a few. I just find it funny that we could still theoretically just re-do our January window.

I said this about diarra, uche, bijol and sadikiMuniz is a strange fit for what I expect of a Farke team, so are some of their other targets to be honest. Interested to see what kind of play style they go with.
See this is my issue I have full faith in speakman and co to make quality signings that give us a shot at staying up I’m just inpatientsorry mate that Danns comparison is utterly ridiculous
anyone who thinks we are only “in” for players we’ve been linked with loosely in the media really hasn’t been paying attention. Of course leaks are more likely now but that doesn’t mean they’re guaranteed.
be patient!!!

I don't know. If, after all this talk, we only sign Le Fee and get Danns on loan again I would honestly never stop laughing. I would watch every game as we get the first 0 point season.
Almost the perfect example of why the idea that a promoted club needs to sign a few "premier league players with experience" is a non starter really. You could get rid of way more than £100m in no time, then the wages, then that agent's kilos of flesh. And this particular guy is not a game changer either.
We'll sign players at a good level I'm sure, but they won't be this type of signing. KS has already more or less said this, when he was talking about transfers a week or so ago, referring to different types of experience. I agree with him.
We were too young to go up, too inexperienced, no players with PL time, a novice manager, a naive "model" and an immature owner. I heard all of this stuff from the talking heads at different times. We are better off having a go at it our own way. It's our best bet.

Fulham do like an America now and again don't they.

I’m not saying we aren’t going to sign anyone. My point is we always seem to say “oh we keep things quiet” but we used that excuse all last Jan when RLB said he wanted a versatile forward etc and we ended up with Danns on the final day. I just think sometimes we are a bit slow with our business.sorry mate that Danns comparison is utterly ridiculous

This is what I mean. This is what I’m trying to get acrossI have total faith that we'll be targeting the right players and everyone will get a chance whether I've heard of them or not.
Given the start to the season we have though, urgency needs to be factored in by Speakman now as well imo. Obviously I'm not talking about signing 10 players now, that would be ridiculous, but a pre-season with 3/4 of our new signings in place could reap huge rewards.
A lot of us will be impatient this summer. It's a combination of the excitement building and knowing that start to the season is a unique opportunity that can't be missed.

This isn’t me saying we aren’t going to do anything it was just an observation
I think I’m still scarred by us not managing to sign a striker who could contribute on day one for multiple windows until we got Isidor so I feel like we might just miss out on the business we want to do.wouldn’t say we’re necessarily slow with our business, more methodical.
if we still haven’t signed anyone in 2 weeks I might readdress that![]()

I just would like to see us give ourselves the best chance we’ve got and have most of our business done ready for the season start.
obviously every game is hard but I do feel our opening games could be a real head start for us

Hope there's no one bed wetting 3 days into the transfer window![]()

Tbf most of the players or either on holiday or playing for the international teamsfor everyone worrying about no signings yet, look how long we waited for RLB, it will all be good, just enjoy the ride!
