Didn't McGeady waive some sort of clause in his contract so that he could play in the playoffs? Can’t remember exactly. Can you name me 3 footballers that are interested in the clubs best interest?

No idea, but the witch hunt from some has started and there's no way back for the lad.Didn't McGeady waive some sort of clause in his contract so that he could play in the playoffs? Can’t remember exactly.
If RLB thinks he's the best shot at getting us promoted then that's all I care aboutNo idea, but the witch hunt from some has started and there's no way back for the lad.
Such a shame
As well all should, but it doesn't stop the social media lot banging on about how rubbish the lad isIf RLB thinks he's the best shot at getting us promoted then that's all I care about
Sorry mate. You seem to be supporting Smiths view that he doesnt want to be hear for footballing reasons. Earlier in the week I thought you commented you hoped he didnt play again. On a discussion about him. I find it odd. I know you would cheer him on to the pitch in an hour of need. I hope others follow the same. Supporting the club, means supporting all who wear our shirt.
As per there's no real middle ground. It's a good deal for him and a good deal for the club.As well all should, but it doesn't stop the social media lot banging on about how rubbish the lad is

What I will say though is that i'll find it a bit strange if he plays in any dead rubber games over someone like Aleksic for example.
I'd be horrified tbh ...
... whichever way you spin it Watson is a Brighton player now.
It's a weird feeling these sell on clauses. Normally I want players to fail after leaving here but now if they do well then we benefit20% ours economically! I hope they sell him for £80m!!

No hard feelings towards Watson at all, I suppose he's someone who's ambitious and pragmatic and let's face it Brighton are a much better team than we are with far better prospects for his career in the near future.
It's nice when players who've been at the club a while show blind loyalty but you can't expect it.
I definitely have hard feelings towards him, he’s wanted away for a while but makes comments that indicate otherwise i wouldn’t cut my nose off to spite my face with him though. He plays if he’s our best option at some point and it wins us points and keeps Mundle at his peak.No hard feelings towards Watson at all, I suppose he's someone who's ambitious and pragmatic and let's face it Brighton are a much better team than we are with far better prospects for his career in the near future.

Yes he did. Had he played 1 more game he was entitled to a contract extension. He told the club not to worry about that, because he just wanted to playDidn't McGeady waive some sort of clause in his contract so that he could play in the playoffs? Can’t remember exactly.
Wouldn't disagreeI view him as a loan player for the rest of the season he’s an option off the bench while mundles fit, don’t want him bombed out however I would rather we develop Aleksic instead, focus on our assets now not Brighton’s might be short sighted by me but he’s looked handy everytime I’ve seen him I’m excited to see what he can offer us
10m can get Mephs in full time & two other players,
I simply dont get why fans are losing their crap over this,
if it Wilson, Mundle or Eli a starter and someone key to the current 11 then yes, but someone who has only played less than 10 games...
or is it because hes a Local Lad
