He has so much potential, he will go to the very top. He's going to be as physically dominant and imposing as anyone around, we've already seen that he can do all parts of the game well and he has an elite mentality. All he needs to do is put it all together consistently in the next couple of years and there is no limits for him.

Absolute pleasure to watch him play for us and I'm gutted we're losing him, despite knowing it was a good deal that had to be done.

 

Wish Jobe well although I wanted one more season out of him. However the disappointment is being replaced by a purring sound at how good our club is now being run. HTL!!!

Loved Jobe and would have liked to see him grow with the team but that was clearly never the plan.

Given he was obviously very keen to leave Speakman has played a blinder getting a very large deal wrapped up early and avoiding what felt like a possible circus.

Excited to see how we reinvest.

Not long now till some big boys on the continent or in the Prem come in for him, better get that man a new contract. Cannot deny his appointment has been one of the most overwhelming successes in the clubs history.

They’ve done unreal, Harvey also. Mind there have been some poor signings but have learned along the way. Interestingly all the players that money has been made on, or looking like making big money in are UK based younger talent. Add Hume, Ballard, Cirkin to the above.
