Waiting for some ****ing half wit on socials to say ‘he was **** after injury’ 1/10 on it happens. ‘why didn’t Roma want him’
Thankfully the horror show of Didier Ndong being our record transfer has been left in the past. Wouldnt mind an announcement with the new away shirt. Did he sign a 4 year deal? Edit - great minds
why can i envision the media team currently scrambling because they hadn't finished the announcement shoot
They made the poor lad wear the entire club shop in January so god knows what they have planned this time
I think i'd combust if they post his name and number in the PL nameset on the back of the new away top, be a good way to start teasing the away kit
I mean he’s a ruggedly handsome bastard mind. And his name as cool as ****. Today the PL tomorrow Paris Fashion week.
Sunderland AFC is delighted to announce the signing of Enzo Le Fée, who will complete a permanent move to the Club on 1st July, 2025. The Frenchman’s six-month loan spell at the Stadium of Light culminated in promotion to the Premier League at Wembley Stadium, and now, Enzo is here to stay. Joining from AS Roma for an undisclosed fee, the 25-year-old has signed a four-year contract on Wearside and becomes the Club’s first summer signing. Le Fée made 18 appearances after arriving on Wearside in January and immediately became an integral part of Régis Le Bris’ squad. The former FC Lorient and Stade Rennais midfielder produced an array of standout displays, not least against Sheffield United in the capital when his instinctive pass to Patrick Roberts helped to engineer Eliezer Mayenda’s game-changing equaliser. Enzo said: “I said before the Play-Off Final that my heart was in Sunderland – I wanted to stay, and this made it the most important game of my life. Together, we did it. From the moment I arrived I have enjoyed my football, my team-mates, and our supporters. We shared an incredible experience, and now we get to take the next step. There are greater challenges ahead, but we must face them together, and I can’t wait to play for Sunderland in the Premier League.” Kristjaan Speakman added: “In Enzo, we knew we were acquiring a very high-level player who could be influential at critical moments – the moments that change the outcome of games and seasons. He’s been a big part of our success, so we’re delighted that he’s signing permanently and is joining us in the Premier League. Above all else, he’s been a team player, and following our Play-Off Final victory, I think everyone could see exactly what the Club means to him.” We've got Le Fée: Enzo agrees four-year deal - Sunderland AFC
The lad is probably on holiday so no time for a real announcement. Glad it's 100% confirmed now though, class player who showed up in all the big moments.
