Was reading yesterday that Singo could leave for around €25m which is around 21m for Ivory Coast defender our name was linked but wasn't a concrete source

Just reading some back and forth on Twitter about Neil and Cirkin apparently wanting to be paid as well as some of the new boys coming in. No idea if it’s true or not so this isn’t to stir the pot so no dummies out plz but say it was, how much do you all think they “deserve”?
I can’t see any possible situation in which either of them gets anywhere close to what someone like Le Fee is on personally because they’ve both only played at L1 and champ level but as I’ve said with others in the past if they feel like they’re worth more fair play to them if they can move on and get that kind of money elsewhere.

People will probably disagree on sentiment etc but for me they aren’t worth the same yet
these lads have already played top level football where as those two have shown inconsistencies at championship level
if they prove they can step up by all means raise it a bit, but right now it’s financially clever for the club to pay them that highly
Re the whole Cirkin and Neil thing, thinking about it may end up the whole comparison being the thief of joy thing

I've believe they are worthy of a pay rise now, and then possibly another step increase the season after if they deliver in the Premier, followed by an equivalent pay the season after. If such a incremental pay deal is possible. Hopefully the club, Neil and Cirkin can come to an agreement.
Tbh I've no idea on how to balance a football club wage structure, they probably deserve a decent rise though.

He’s got to do it consistently here but you can see Le Fee is another level, Diarra looks the same. Not happening until they move up a couple of gears.
I gave Le Fee motm just ahead of Diarra in the first half v Shields... Roberts took the second half honour playing more inside than wide right.

This can’t be real surely?
I'm an accountant and can't fathom the business model of a football club. All I think is that the way the club appears to be run i don't believe they would try to shaft them and would consider any offer to be fair. Could be miles off the mark mind
