He is. I’ve watched him a lot and he’s better when breaking from deep when the players are moving.
In a possession based team I am not so sure he will find it as easy. They play slow and his strengths are pace and power.

I think Panqueta is a better player than Maddison and value for money, I think that you're adding on a "proven premier league" quantity which I generally think is a load of bollocks.
The original point of my post is that we will never sign Maddison for 40m and in the price range we can get better, ala, better value for money.
Aka Pagueta for 30m is better than Maddison for 60m+
