Cheers mate. It went on so long I couldn't remember when it actually started. To be honest, they did the same with Marcus Maddison previously, so I take links to Peterborough players with a pinch of salt unless it comes directly from us.
They tried with JCH a Ivan Toney move. Because the lad scored a good number of goals they tried to shift him on for a whacking price...Pleased we never bit.

Half decent GK that season and we would’ve stayed up…

Half decent keeper and we would have been mid table. I would say we lost an average of a goal a game through poor keeping that season. Our team wasn't actually that bad and I remember giving most teams a decent game just couldn't keep really soft goals out of our net.

Absolutely agree mate.

I'm worried about us signing Broadhead on reasonable fee/wages but if he is after PL money we definitely need to be looking elsewhere even though he's a good player when fit.

Give it one then they all want a rose and we back in that cycle.

Quickest way for the club to be back in the ****

high wages = all recent good work falling apart.

if, as stated in many sources, broadhead really wants to be here then he needs to step down from his premiership high horse and take a realistic championship wage with prospects of big increase on promotion.

first and foremost i like the lad, his goals return per games played was excellent and i would very much like to see him here...but, were his injuries a bit of a 'freak season' or is it something that will need managing with lesser game time, either way this fact is what he needs to take into account when he considers his next move, he is not only trying to prove he can handle being a 'full on' first team player but also that he is not going to be a constant sick note.

if he is digging his heels in and wanting (what we would consider) a silly wage then i would rather he moved on and proved himself, or not, elsewhere.

…how many games would Broadhead realistically be available for next season? Absolute sick note.

Despite his obvious talent he hasn't created a big queue for his services and Everton don't seem desperate to keep him ...

... this is a 'Maja moment' for him whereby he can make a good move or listen to an agent who's only after the money.

Pritchard dropped down a league, when he really didn't need to. Now he's reaped the rewards of playing at a higher level and a wage increase. If Broadhead just wants the money that's fine but I'd rather he went elsewhere if that's the case.

In a nutshell he's done very little and hasn't proved reliable.

  1. We don’t know for definite that he is asking daft money, it is just hear say at the minute, unless I have missed hat point and he is asking silly money

Totally agree, not sure where this he is demanding premier league wages has come from. Nobody in the championship is going to pay premier league wages, it's all speculation
