From what I heard months ago he has already turned down offers from a number of clubs including Newcastle. His parents want him to stay here as there is a clear pathway to first team football and an academy that will look after him properly and let him develop. From what I heard he is one of the highest rated kids in Europe for his age. Hopefully he keeps developing and m

Its also possible the ownership situation at Newcastle doesn't work in their favour. Certainly might be a factor.

This all day, our facilities and academy set up is top class. If you're a young player and your next few years are at academy level, you want to be spending your days at somewhere like the AOL, not some ****ing council recreation ground in Tyneside.
