I remember him being good in the playoffs against us. Other than them 2 games i dont know a thing about him
I've seen him a few times and been impressed with him but more in a 'he's a good league one player' than 'looks like he could play at a higher level' way. Who knows though I haven't exactly got a dossier on him. Hard enough to tell with the players you see every week.
He had Macfadzean marking him in the 2 games against us so that doesnt say much lol
And some were surprised we didn't get to the final
I know, we had Onien playing CB and Stewart was second choice striker behind Wyke back then aswell
I usually do not agree with slagging off players...however Mcfadzean was absolutely worse than useless.

The few times that I have seen him, his movement is very good, similar to Pritchard in that he covers a lot of ground. I think he would be a decent acquisition

I certainly wouldn't be upset, he's someone that stood out. As you say his work rate is good and he seems to have decent quality.
Looked him up earlier and he's only 23, thought he had a few years on that.

Mick Mac cherry picked the top players from League One and it didn't do him any harm. Three or four from there and three or four from the Championship or higher and we'll be looking alright. Pace and size the two main attributes required, we're still a team of oompa loompas.
