If Diamond goes out on loan he could try Wycombe, a league one team punching above their weight.
Some still do mate, ****ing knackersWas never in doubt imo, to think some doubted our owner and backroom team.
......now where's that magic carpet stored??
I am 99% certain he has already cleared his stuff out and is away.
I remember being in Rome in 2008 and telling my (new) wife that I was "going to check the train times to Naples" on the hotel's computer - she found me 30 mins later trawling the internet for confirmation we had signed Malbranque
She knew what I was when she married me![]()
Sounds like a keeper thenI've been worse than that mate. I got married on 28th April 1973,which had been arranged for a good 6 months......well,how was I to know we'd get through to the Cup Final?!! Honeymoon was 10 days in Paris in the Spring! I was ducking and diving like a good 'un after the match at Sheffield, but the only thing I managed to come up with was that I was needed back at work on the Monday 7th for something vitally important and therefore we'd have to cut the trip short and return on the Friday, flying into London, where I was meeting my Dad,who had my ticket!
Like you,she knew what she was getting with me and knew all along what was afoot, but played a game with me all week, pretending at one point to call my office to give them hell about needing me back!! I was panicking then a bit!!![]()
Got the potential to be a very good decade!
the ****ers will punch anything as we have just witnessed. If Diamond goes out on loan he could try Wycombe, a league one team punching above their weight.
I don't think it ever been a problem of Grigg scoring goals just not for us.Strange that Donny who haven't scored for six games are turning to a player who hasn't scored for us in ages, wish him well if he goes but just hurry up and get gone.
Wasnt 14 Cruyffs number?
Times have changes marra, now players want the same number so they don't have to change their instagram accountHenry aswell. But you'd think, given the option, a striker would want 9.
As you say Tim’s change. I still prefer the old 1 to 11 on a match dayTimes have changes marra, now players want the same number so they don't have to change their instagram account
I agree. I guess that having squad numbers sells shirts to bairns, favourite player anarlAs you say Tim’s change. I still prefer the old 1 to 11 on a match day
The Irish? As you say Tim’s change.
Whose Tim? Where does he play?As you say Tim’s change. I still prefer the old 1 to 11 on a match day
Irish lad at Chelsea - Tim O'WernerWhose Tim? Where does he play?
Good signing for them. I reckon we couldn't guarantee playing time so it was a non-starterJebbison off to Burton apparently
Basically what you’re saying is, Donald should have listened to the advice given by a number of people rather than throwing money and ego at it.I don't think it ever been a problem of Grigg scoring goals just not for us.
I think this is the best example of how a players personal life affects how they perform on the pitch.
He never really wanted to come, he didn't get of to a good start and he's never settled.
Don't get me wrong I'm not making excuses for him as I would have loved the opportunity he has had, but it just shows the wrong player to the wrong club
