There is a bit on the latest Wise Men Say podcast where they get on about transfers. It's with the Echo writer Phil Smith and he says our reputation is growing now that there is a clear style of play and pathway for the kids to get in the first team.
(I know this is a permanent transfer but it will help with loans from the Prem)

The standard of players signed in our division is incredibly low. Only Fraser and Chaplin jump out.
And Evans. And Pritchard. And resigning Geads. And Resigning LON. And likely Cerkin.
We are ****ing winning this transfer window actually. Folk are buying numbers we are buying improvements. We are buying players who actually will be good enough if we go up also.
