I really hope he is mate. The negatives he brings to the club out weigh the positives at the moment so i really cant see why we are being so patient with him.
It's one of those where 'the longer it drags on the less likely it is' imo. He has potential definitely but I'm not convinced on his fitness.

Hes had potential for a few years now but that potential has stagnated due to lack of development from spending most of the last 2 years being injured.
He'll be lucky to be the player he could have been now

He couldn't even get his name right so I think not.

We know who the people to listen to are and they are over here not there.

Well that’s not true.

There are four posters that I know of over there who 100% hear things, but don’t openly discuss it.

The top U-23s need loaning out earlier in the careers then the u-18s can play up a year group. Part of the reason they (u-23s) don't make it is their bodies can't handle proper footy. Hume should have had loads more first team games under his belt by now to get his body ready for men's footy. More mismanagement of the youths is to blame for that imo.

Yes i agree mate. He's missed out on so much first team footy it really does make me wonder why he thinks he deserves a move up a League because thats the only reason i can think of in why he wont sign his contract?

Gotta say with Hume, few times I’ve thought ‘aye, might be a player’, but overall I’ve never seen it.

I would t be upset at all if he didn’t sign, I don’t seeing being a player with a long career here as we progress anyway to be frank.
Hume is a player I think has a bigger reputation than his performances have warranted. That said I think in the right setup he could develop into a very good attacking full back. He has the mentality I think to get up and down. A good coach will improve his one on one defending which will help him a lot. I would have him back for the squad but you might have to get another in as his injury record isnt great and it must be a concern due to the amount of ground modern full backs need to cover.
