Are they both not left hand sided CBs?
Xhemajli is right footed mate. He can also play right back

I stand corrected, cheers. Thought he was left sided probably cos if memory serves me right he played there against Gateshead last season.
Ive just checked and Goode is 6 foot 5. I think we all know a big CB in this league goes a long way. Beevers was an absolute brick wall when we played Peterborough last season and another big CB i remember us struggling against was McFadzean's brother last season when we played Coventry.
Wright has the physical presence for us, but not the height. Flannagan just gets outmuscled when we play a team with a big strong CF so id like to see us sign a big unit to play at the back aswell alongside Doyle.
I take it back your right mate. Hes a Left footer that can fill in at Leftback

Im sure i read somewhere when we signed him he was Right footed and can play rightback lol.
According to this he plays a few positions

I think a few of us have forgotten how much of a big signing Xhemajli was. Ive just dug out the Bbc article when we signed him and he could potentially cost us a 6 figure sum

obviously we have seen very little of him with which to 'judge' him...but sometimes there are players who just 'look right' and he is one of them.
his stats would back this up but as with any player he is going to need a decent run in the team but he looked a confident and capable player.
The fact he's an international and still very young says quite alot. He's back in full training but getting eased back in slowly. Hopefully we'll see him play for the U23s soon and then slowly come into the first team pictue. That would drop Flannagan down the pecking order aswell.
The "young lad" IS a top quality centre-back.Good stuff. A top quality centre back alongside the young lad would be badly needed.
I’ve been out all morning but I’m surprised to have not seen any further paper or media links to Jebbison. Have I missed something?
the only bits I’ve seen are echo saying it’s not agreed as plenty of competition, and Nixon saying it looks like it’s happening (but seems to be guessing)
The fact he was at the game last night looks a solid pointer though don’t it?

I know it's frustrating bit If the club have a list of players they want to bring in, if these are taking time to sort out , what do you route do you think the the club should go down.I appreciate what he's doing off the pitch, building a team thats capable of getting out of our league is number 1 priority though. The season finished nearly 2 months ago and we have yet to see a cash signing. We still have no fullbacks, replacement for Wyke or any kind of strengh in depth. Mcgeadys obviously not going to play every game this season so we need a player with similar ability out wide aswell. Going into the season so depleted is not an acceptable way to run a club in my opinion
