I wonder if uncle Tony knows that Joey Barton is now available, with his ban finishing yesterday on June1. Says he’s now officially manager of Fleetwood FC but you never know. To think l was giving him credit for his work ethics when he was with us. It seemed that he was putting in for club. Some may say he’s very predictable at being unpredictable.
Nothing in it tbh. Just a fans survey https://www.football.london/queens-park-rangers-fc/qpr-fans-transfer-survey-results-14727793 If you cant be bothered to click on link and scroll down then this is what is written... Would you like Jack Robinson to stay at QPR next season? It's the contract saga which has rumbled on and on, so it seemed only right that we asked the fans for their opinions. Despite not yet agreeing to a new contract, 89.8% of fans still said they would like Jack Robinson to stay at the club next season. The defender was one of QPR's most consistent performers during the last campaign, and would no doubt be a key player for the Hoops if he was to stay. However, 10.2% of fans who voted said they weren't bothered if he stayed.
Yes I would. Provided that he fits into the wage structure which I suspect Maclaren is probably unaware of.
Agreed. But Tone is one of those "Tomorrow Rodders, we'll be millionaires" merchants. Can see him putting a very optimistic spin on the budget available to buy players without actually ever coming clean during the negotiations on the precise amount of glass beads and Air Asia mascots the manager has to play with.
Surely football managers look beyond the salary and monetary compensation for being sacked and are much more focused on looking intently at the club, the fans, the culture of the club, it’s squad, who the board are and how they operate financially before even considering taking up such an important position!! Silly me!!!
Can't start a new thread from my phone.... But Aston Villa suspend chief executive and in seriiys trouble for unpaid tax bills. Crystal Palace have not filed their accounts and in trouble too. We are no longer the pariahs of the football league Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
I was going to post about Villa but like you didn't want to start a new thread. Reckon they could be in a bit of trouble.
#QPR’s £500k bid for Scunthorpe United centre-half Murray Wallace has been rejected. The #Iron are looking to get closer to £800k, other Championship sides including #LUFC and #ReadingFC are reportedly interested too. please log in to view this image
Same here Jeff. We have gone from knowing the players to not knowing them. Another rumour was Dwight Gayle on loan.
Dylan McGeouch, 25 yo creative mid from Hibs on a free, according to FLW “sources”. Don’t know how reliable they are. Speculates that we’ll offload Cousins and get offers for Manning this summer. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/t...eir-way-out-of-qpr-if-315k-rated-man-arrives/
