We are weak all over the pitch ! Begovic has only played 6 games in 3 years, because he's shot. Dreadfully slow to get down to shots and looked petrified at every cross that came in. 1 year deal or not he isn't gonna be our saviour. I see we've been linked with Godden from Coventry, but others are interested too. We'd need to spend money for him, and even at 31 is a decent forward. Has been injury prone last couple of seasons, so fits the bill nicely !

For months I've been talking about Jerry Yates as a cheapish option . Just signed for Swansea.
It'll be JCH from Peterborough or no-one in my opinion.

Not dreading it but intrigued to see the difference from last season with stile of football & how the players will adopt & hope they work hard & play for GA, not expecting to set the championship alight but steady progress through the season

I admire your optimism but I think we're in another relegation battle Jeff.
 
I’m taking a ‘Seinfeld’ approach, hoping whoever we lose, we will balance it out with like for like….. even Stevens, so to speak!

Whatever happens, can only hope we survive.

I'm going to put 20 on us to be relegated
Hopefully it goes the same way as my twenty to finish top six when we were top
But if not I can drown my sorrows
