We are weak all over the pitch ! Begovic has only played 6 games in 3 years, because he's shot. Dreadfully slow to get down to shots and looked petrified at every cross that came in. 1 year deal or not he isn't gonna be our saviour. I see we've been linked with Godden from Coventry, but others are interested too. We'd need to spend money for him, and even at 31 is a decent forward. Has been injury prone last couple of seasons, so fits the bill nicely !
Is he old? Is he busted? Is his attitude crap! Has he played in the last 5 years? Does he have two left feet? Is he covered in tatts? Has he played for the fake Hoops? Is he related to Shaun Wright Phillips? Does know what an opposition goal post look like? ( see above ) Is he friends with Harry Redknapp? Has he played in the Championship before? Will he play for half his worth? Does he like GA music?
For months I've been talking about Jerry Yates as a cheapish option . Just signed for Swansea. It'll be JCH from Peterborough or no-one in my opinion.
Are you mad ? He'd be a great signing but at around 5-6 mill, do you really think we'd be in gor him ?

Is anyone else dreading next season? I don't know any of the players we've been linked with. Meanwhile Southampton have signed Ryan Manning and defensive midfielder Shea Charles from Man City for £15 million!
Not dreading it but intrigued to see the difference from last season with stile of football & how the players will adopt & hope they work hard & play for GA, not expecting to set the championship alight but steady progress through the season
I’m taking a ‘Seinfeld’ approach, hoping whoever we lose, we will balance it out with like for like….. even Stevens, so to speak! Whatever happens, can only hope we survive.
