Just thinking of what would happen if Marti left us now. We'd be up **** creek without a paddle. All the wind behind us would be out of our sails immediately. Players would be gutted. We'd likely sink back to the level of **** we were in before he took over. But I also think him staying would actually be better for his career now... to properly show what he can do with a full season here, including a pre season and transfer window.
