Ivanovic sent off, and it's an edgy game. A City player might follow, but hopefully not Savic, I'm looking forward to playing against him.

Edit: Kompany is booked. Come on Kevin.

As time passes and it become obvious that not everyone is going to get bought by a top four club, agents will start looking for clubs for their clients. This may be when our interest will be taken more seriously. No point in getting precious about it, Saints may get some players for whom we weren't first choice but they will still play their hearts out.

Completely agree Fran .

God knows how Ramires wasn't sent off - clear body check when the keeper was out of his goal as well.

I don't understand why you've been let back on? You are clearly the dim wit "adam banana" who was banned, so why is everyone just ignoring the obvious and letting you stay?

I don't think Tevez is the best centre forward in the world but I'd at least add some substance.

Chill out, he makes the place a little more interesting.

Who do you think then? Please don't say Ibrahimovic, I know he's good but there are so many things he's bad at.

Di Natale has crept up that list having seen him live last night.
A fit Tevez which is what we're seeing is top in the PL, I think he has played his way into my fantasy PL side.

Who do you think is better? I dont think you can really label a "best striker in the world" right now as there are no real once in a lifetime players at the moment in my opinion, but hes certainly in the top ten.

If Messi or Ronaldo were number 9 strikers Id say them but I dont think there are any strikers of that calibre right now.

I intentionally said "centre-forward" to differentiate from the more vague description of a striker, and not to include the likes of Messi and Ronaldo, who would probably be better described as wide-forwards, attacking midfielders or simply wingers. I'm talking about the likes of Raúl and Shearer - proper centre-forwards.

This is the thing, I think Messi is as much of a centre-forward as Tevez is. In which case you'd have to say it's Messi.

I think he is originally a "number 9" who City converted to an inside forward to suit their 4-3-3. I believe he played a centre forward role at United
