For the sake of Nigel I hope he does have someone lined up, purely to prevent all the moaning myrtles to come out saying he can't attract anyone, were leaving it to late..blah blah blah!!
 
Not really seen many people moaning. I moaned that MMJ gave out information late but since I found out how awesome his source is I've stopped moaning entirely.
 
£6m, that certainly fits the "eye popping" price Clark spoke about. On one hand, hello Cortese's ambition! On the other, holy moly that's a lot of money.
 
Erm... £6 MILLION...? For someone who has only ever played competitive professional football for Cheltenham???? Crazy. We must be loaded.
 
I take it that wouldn't be £6m down? We got a lot for Chamberlain though and I guess it can easily be worth the money if we have conviction that he's a future star.
 
NA used to be a goalkeeper too so might want him that little bit more. I really want us to sign him but if they have rejected £6m then i think that's it. Birmingham have a transfer embargo so maybe thats stopping them from selling as they are not sure if they will be able to replace?
 
£6M, no way, not a chance. Cardiff got Jordan Mutch for a reported £1M, & he was in their top three last season. Only Burke & Redmond are valued higher. So if its £6m for Butts & Burke, then fine, but they are in no position to hold out for a top, top price.
(£3m in used notes should do it, harsh but true)
 
Shows ambition I suppose but is an awful lot for a young player.

Then again, look who we've brought through.

I think it's harder to judge goalkeepers rather than outfield players <ok>
