Young and hungry would be ideal.

Would be difficult managing Saints from Portugal I would imagine.

We've had no problems with him since and he came on against Coventry.
Saints keen on Babel http://www.caughtoffside.com/2012/06/18/southampton-keen-on-former-liverpool-flop-ryan-babel/
I'd take this 'flop' all day long even if he has attitude problems and a poor work rate.Would be a fantastic signing.
Not a Scott Dann who has been relegated twice in two years.
Looking at teams like Norwich and Swansea they changed very little last season after getting promoted so I think it could work by bringing in players like Trippier and Trotter, simply to add competition.
I just feel for a CB (at least) we need a rock. Not a Scott Dann who has been relegated twice in two years...

To dismiss a signing because his side were relegated is a bizarre. Lallana, Schneiderlin and Davis were relegated to League One with Saints, Scott Parker was relegated to the Championship with West Ham etc etc. That doesn't mean I think we should sign Scott Dann, but that you should judge a player on his own merits and not on the success/failure of his team.

You're an idiot. You really are.
