If you're desperate to get your post correct, just pop off to Google and type 'question mark symbol'. You'll find that Wikipedia has a whole page devoted to typography. Just copy and paste what you need. Otherwise, there is knowing the ASCII or Unicodes off by heart, but I doubt anyone knows those without looking them up.
