We can move Khazri in side as it is. So it still doesn't fulfill what Sam is apparently looking for, well, at least according to the Echo anyway. He must want a couple of options for in the middle.

Can Fabio not do that behind JD or are we talking about a midfielder?

Lyon's president has confirmed we've bid for Clemont Grenier.

I know nothing about him apart from that he's a CAM.

Anyone shed any light? Any good? Price we looking at?

Center mid who chips in with goals and assists, Good shot, good eye for a pass, freekick specialist. Very good player. That was a good few years back though. Not heard of him for ages.

Seems he's had a couple of injury plagued seasons. Had to had a groin op which looks as though it's fixed the problem, then this season suffered a leg fracture which is unlucky. Came back and scored 2 goals and 3 assists in 11 games of minutes. Most appearances from the bench this season.

I'm sure the mags were all over him during the French revolution <laugh>. Mind, he looked the business back then.

Like Bri has said, injuries the last couple of seasons seem to have stalled him and nobody has heard much about him. I'd usually say about 12m - 15m, for him. Because of the last couple of seasons, realistically, I reckon somewhere between 8m and 10m will be the actual fee.

With us now having Borini and N’Zogbia training, there are probably now only a few posts left on this forum!!

Probably true, this DiMarzio bloke is usually right

After being one of the protagonists of the Azzurri's impressive run at the Euro, Emanuele Giaccherini is ready to start the next chapter of his career. Torino has reached an agreement with Sunderland for around €2 million, now the granata are waiting for the player's decisions. There is optimism a deal will be reached after Torino offered the midfielder a three year deal with annual salary of €1.3 million net of taxes plus bonuses. The ball is now in Giaccherini's court- Torino is waiting for his answer.
Who can we get for €2M? <doh>
