Aye Lanzarote would be good. Decent value over there too.

Everywhere else mainstream is a rip these days.

A question for all you lads, hope you can help me with. Our lass and my daughter have just said they are going abroad around the beginning of September. Could you recommend anywhere to go for around the
£1500 mark between them as we are going away quite a bit ourselves and money will be a bit tight with this unexpected new holiday. Normally I would go but since we got Lily
( dog ) I don’t like to leave her. Flying from Leeds/ Bradford would be nice but any Northern airport is ok
Shoul get a week in protaras Cyprus
Or stalis in Crete

What board basis would you be looking for?

I’ve never been to Bulgaria but that’s supposed to be decent. You can get a week there for under £500 per person.

Dalaman area in Turkey is ideal that time of year still solid in the 30s. Absolutely beautiful around the Riviera there.

Easy get a 5 star all inclusive for that.

Love Phuket, had a couple of golf trips there..amazing place, entertainment not the worst either
Had to skip some of the entertainment as the missus wasn't that keen ;)

Found a brilliant restaurant for sunset views called surprisingly "Sunset View Restaurant Patong". Father in-law has been to Phuket about a dozen times and reckons the view is better than Promthep Cape

We've had three breaks in Scotland this year, spent an interesting hour grave hunting in Dumfries a fortnight ago, our lass is into her geneology.
Off to Lake Garda by train early September, just hope these train unions don't mess it up for us.
Fancy Guernsey next year anybody been?.
Get yourself over to limone mate by speedy the boat, turn left as you get off the boat and there’s a little shop just down on the left hand side. Sunderland fans they are, got shirts hanging up in shop. Have a crack on with them as they’re brill lads

Whilst beautiful you’ll have to try and get up the right hand side of the lake through bardolino, garda and malcesine you can get the boat here for limone. Called speedies The son speaks perfect English and he will then take you up to riva del garda. Long day it is and it gets very hot so keep well watered up

Met some class safc lads in Stalis today if any of you get on here was a pleasure speaking with yous
