One good centre forward signing away from a good window, eggs in one basket with Isidor, he may turn out to be a steal, who knows. Glad we kept the likes of Roberts, Neil, Cirkin etc. We have a good side, Ha’way!

I actually think Wilson, Mayenda, Rusyn and possibly Hemir is disappointing but if Wilson is decent the other three have an extra year’s development and acclimatisation so are probably better options than last year. My big worry is absolutely no fullback competition at all.

Once the signings are announced we are stronger as a whole than we were at the end of May for the way we set up to play!
Far too much focus on transfer fees, since KLD came in the club never release fees and for good reason!
We have tied up some very good young players on longer contracts and signed the experienced players we longed for last season. Front line consists of Wilson, Poveda, Mayenda & Rusyn, an improvement on last season. We have potentially the best midfield and defence outside of the premier league. We will have a very good season.

They seem to do this on a deadline day don’t they? The late ones get an announcement. But the scarf photos and stuff all get put out in stages the following morning. No idea why! If they’re done just throw them up!
