I did want a more established player at CF but the defender is a step up, the midfielders offer us a lot of depth and perhaps some more quality in an already stacked and vital area of the pitch for us.

I am very hopeful. But the goals do need to come/keep coming from somewhere.

We didn't announce the Defoe signing until 01:38am.

Didn't announce a keeper we signed until the day after the window once.

What the reason for this delay is I've no idea though.
