Also wtf was the point in accepting the first offer for Clarke if we weren’t gunna spend it and replace his goals? We get so much right but Jesus Christ we don’t half shoot ourselves in the foot hahahahaha

Honestly mate I don’t get it at all, this was such a massive opportunity to push on and we have failed to yet again.

I don't get why so many are saying we haven't signed a striker when we blatantly have in Wilson. He will play up front with Mayenda as backup as we only start one striker anyway.

Aye we should have signed a 3rd and I'm disappointed we haven't considering the time we have had to prepare. Its a long season and one of them will get injured at some point.

Pleased with the other signings.

Again, I'll say it...we haven't gotten enough for Clarke. Bare minimum should've been 18 after they took their cut. At the minute for us to make that, we have to see him sold by Ipswich.

They've definitely tried to up the broad level of quality. The three signings we've made today are brilliant for me. But this isn't his first camel ride, he knows the crack. We need another striker. We could've really done with a striker and a winger, which is what I'd heard we wanted.

They know they've failed, we know they've failed. We all are gonna need some time to heal again for their execution.

Hopefully, tomorrow is a good day.
