You assume as Cannon and Simic are similar profiles and price that’s it’s one or the other with Mendy as well if we can get it done! Feels like he will be the one who is done at the death!

If Caen are insisting the price for Mendy is just a bit below what we can get Cannon for then I don't see why we would opt for the former. Cannon more experience in this league and much younger, more sell-on value and room for growth, much better fit with the club's model. Caen might have really screwed themselves over here.

Salis Abdul Samed close to joining on loan from Lens according to L'equipe. 24 y/o midfielder.

Milan Aleksic close to joining according to reports in Serbia. 18 y/o midfielder.

Luton and Hull have both also bid for Cannon, Leicester want around 10m.

Posters on here suggesting that Simic is happy to come here and is happy with the personal terms offered so it's up to the clubs to decide a fee now.
