Better at the back. Better in midfield. Obviously not better in attack. Also all the players who have grown over that time are better now too.
Until we’ve got someone half decent to lead the line, then overall we haven’t really improved. The current side doesn’t have many goal threats, at all

If we sell JC, there is no way KLD will spend/ reinvest it back into playing staff.
It will pay off the 3 loans we have outstanding, 1 to KLD 1 to Juan, 1to the stadium investment scheme.
That's my opinion, not a fact.
Get where you're coming from, but I'd reckon if a part of it is absorbed into general club finances, it would be to cover any current operating losses rather than historical.

What's prompted you to that opinion,Bob?

Ah I wish there was some evidence to prove you wrong. Oh wait, we sold Stewart last summer and spent every single penny.

I preferred the fake Bob, at least they made up a funny story instead of the pure nonsense you come out with.

The first half of that (in bold) is opinion. The rest might be "fact"

Poveda and and Clarke have almost identical stats before coming here.

Clarke iirc had played around 40 games in 4 years and scored two goals.

He had an achilles injury then a couple since he's been here ...

... noone thinks he's injury in prone.
I dont know that Poveda is injury prone, or has fitness issues. He has passed hia medical so that is good enough for me at this stage.

What troubles me is his lack of first team football at his age. For someone supposedly as talented as he is I am at a bit of a loss. A lot of the time he seems to come on as a sub. Apparently he is on a low wage but with good appearance fees. Maybe he just isnt as good as his reputation and this is a bit of a punt on our behalf. Personally I am not particularly expecting much from him and if he does the business I can be really happy for him and us. But our season doesnt seem to hinge on him at this stage, in my opinion anyway.
