If Burstowe was to rock back up in any shape or form I think you’d see a lot of folk not happy
 
Personally I think Dodds will stay as Assistant Head Coach.

People seem to be assuming that anyone who comes in will be RLB's assistant. But the club and RLB himself have never said that. They've only ever said they'll potentially look to bring others in and are interviewing.

There's been nothing, zilch, to say Dodds is going to be demoted. So I think we all need to get used to it.

Tbh im fine with that as well, was he great tactically as a head coach ' no he was shocking but hes clearly good with the players and players development which is key

Ive worked with coaches who are amazing tacticans but they struggle to actually coach n develop players

It would be really hard on the lad as well. He'd be coming not wanted and he'd take the brunt of all of criticism. For his and our sake I hope it's just a rumour

Spot on, that gets ignored by the constant whingers. Players actually want to stay and play for us and thats down to the culture created by Speakman et al

Yeh to me it all depends on how strong of mind RLB is. If RLB is an excellent tactician (remains to be seen after his relegation), then as long as he's firm of mind, it shouldn't matter if Dodds is a poor tactically.

RLB seems the kind who is confident enough in his own tactics that he won't need help. And Dodds to me seems the kind who will carry out RLBs tactics perfectly. It's only when Dodds himself needs to come up with his own tactics, I'd worry

I thought his tactics against Leeds after Mogga left were spot on.However,I'm convinced that,from Feb onwards,he confused these players with his endless tactical changes.....imo,that was his mistake. Sometimes it's best just to stick to playing to your strengths,rather than over-analysing the opposition and trying to adapt players roles accordingly.

100% imagine seeing the abuse under his announcement as a kid, would be gutting, best for all parties he drops a level I think

100%, its getting the right balance across the coaching team

Dodds n proctor played a part in getting us out of L1 n into the championship playoffs but some forget that

As long RLB is deciding who to come in

Just what I told a few earlier in the week, it was Mendy or Ugbo and a loan I was told! Ugbo off to Sheff Wed and we were all in on Mendy a while back, we’ve enquired about Tom Cannon but he’s been held up from leaving due to Vardy being injured, Lankshear at spurs and Jebbison at Bournemouth also enquired about loan offers! That’s what I was told whether it comes off ‍♂️
