People will always try and find a way around the rules. No surprise that Villa and Chelsea are at the top of this list given their spending in the last couple of years.
I'm very surprised we haven't seen a lot more players "sold" with buy back fees rather than loaned as well.

The people who made up that his coming here was ‘done’ will probably be blaming the appointment of Le Bris for it not happening to save face and further stir up the fanbase.
to be fair to him his last one was Simon Moore signing, and he did.
