Probably right but hopefully wrong. Nice signing on fee maybe, and bit less on the wages?

Thinking the levels we pay, it would take some decent sales / other income to kick our wage ceiling up a notch.

Very true, for what it's worth I think he likes it here also, an hour and a bit down the A1 to his parents (York), I think after Spurs and the loans he had we actually work for him but he knows he can get a Premier League move. I think a fair offer that gets somewhat close to the terms I posted above and he would take it and stay another year.

I'd be surprised if the Browne link is real, he was on £19k at Preston who offered him "their biggest ever offer" (let's guess at 25-30k), which he turned down.

Our biggest earner is allegedly Jack Clarke who is on less than £19k.

edit::

He's a cracking player mind.
We have interest mate, whether it's misguided or not, I have no idea.

Hilmir Rafn Mikaelsson
Def has the size n mobility we'd be looking for in a CF - not great at pressing tho, lacks aggression when pressing so isnt effective out of possession

Movement in the box is pretty poor, i like strikers who make double movements and Mikaelsson will only make his initial Movement then hold his position

I was looking at strikers that might fit our team and Dion Beljo could be an option (think hed be available on loan, currently valued at €4 million). Hes 6ft4, good mobility and really strong in the air

Has struggled for game time at Augsburg so mostly gets used off the bench but had a good goal scoring record in Croatia. Hes made his debut for Croatia this season as well

Might be out our price range but a loan deal with a future fee might suit us

He's being shopped (Mikaelsson).

There's also the lad who was on loan at Bristol City last season, didn't play very much but he is available again for loan.
