A few things I'm seeing:

Gelhardt, surprised to see him listed as an option, how do people feel about him? Barely had a sniff this season but still has a long term contract, possibly available for a cut-price fee.

Jay Stansfield, I'd be surprised to see him come here, he chose Birmingham over us in the summer and has had a good season for them, I imagine Fulham will want to look at him in the summer and potentially retain him as an option, if they're willing to loan him to the Championship again (unlikely imo) he will get offers from a top-6 club.

Mubama, a big talent but still a risk due to experience, a player with zero professional goals as our striker is a gamble, it could pay off, it could fail. I'd rather go for something with more of a guarantee if I'm honest.

At least there's a vision of where we are and what we need to be where we want to be. Frees are a good way to add experience and quality to a squad, some of the free agents mentioned are class.

I heard in Jan we were close to signing a Uruguayan fella, not sure who. I wonder if he crops back up.

Sounds like Bishop will be loaned out, Burge sold. Question is, Patterson? He's the difference between needing one or two goalies this window.

Johansson from Rotherham has a relegation release clause of between £750k -£1m according to reports. He'd be perfect in my opinion as Patto's replacement but it's trickier if Patto stays.

We need a keeper who will push Patterson but ultimately still be happy as number 2, because ultimately Patto is potentially a cash cow sometime in the next couple of years as he makes way for Young.

Hes certainly a keeper who will have a lot of suitors I'd imagine. Seen fans from other clubs begging to have him.

Been linked with a couple of Uruguayan players I think, Rodriquez most recently. U20 international playing for the Uruguayan Liverpool.
