Stansfield is a fair example. He’s had a good season and has a lot of potential.

I feel we need at least two new strikers.
Same, id def take stansfield n jebbison as 2

I dont think age matter as long as they have played 1st team football at a good level (ideally in the championship). They must be championship ready, cant be signing projects like hemir or mayenda to play upfront next season

There is a lad playing for Plymouth called Adam Randell who I would have here in a heartbeat. A holding midfielder who passes it tremendously well and protects his back 4 brilliantly. Just a really good player, basics spot on, and is a solid 7 every week.
What do you make of Sam Field?

Hes one I've wondered if he'd be better off elsewhere.

Those two would be a world away from this season.

What would you do with the strikers we have out of interest?

Is it just a case of loaning the younger ones out or would you move someone on?

I’d be looking to loan Mayenda and Hemir out. Rusyn to be kept as he can also play wide. Sign 2 new strikers.

I wouldn't be shocked if Rusyn and Mayenda both moved permanently this summer. Honestly, I don't feel like I really know how good any of them are, but things are just not working.

…there’d be no complaints from me

Mayenda looked like had good attributes initially. Maybe he’s immature and badly disciplined.

I think people have been way too harsh on the Hibs loans for both Triantis and Mayenda.

When a club of that stature in that league are interested in your young prospects, that's a positive. Obviously the gaffer really favoured Triantis because he's worked with him before, but people are forgetting Mayenda is only 18.

This loan, however little he plays will be a learning curve. I couldn't say for certain about his attitude being good or bad, but I think it took a lot of character to move out on loan to Scotland after just a few months in England, at only 18.

And another thing, Hibs have a lad upfront who could play for us, keeping Mayenda out. Maolida. Another one with promise.

I want Plymouth to stay up, I have a lady friend who will accommodate me down there

Bit selfish that mind just cos you're getting your leg over with Wurzel Gummage.

If they go down we can bag ourselves a decent striker, we all benefit from that, you getting your nuts loosened doesn't benefit us, where's the community spirit?

I’d be surprised if they did, especially Mayenda. Can’t be spending money on kids who realistically have no chance of breaking into the Xl then moving them on the next season unless you somehow make money on them. Surely there’s a plan in place for these young lads who aren’t ready ie loans.

George Hall?
Yeah mate, good shout. Another good young prospect. I think Jordan James is quality as well. I just think we are well stocked for that type with Rigg and Jobe as upcoming CMs. I think we will go in for one but more likely one with 2 or 3 seasons under their belt. On the other that maybe Styles and we see room for one more, who knows.
