I've already seen people calling for KLD to sell up on the back of this 'news'. Saying it's obviously down to penny pinching in wages and he's pocketing the Clarke money. I don't even know where to start with things like that.
All of that is ****ing ridiculous like, but I will be quite disappointed if we don't sign a main man for number 9 by the end of this window, still time though

RLB Presser starting now:

Nothing finished yet with incomings. Different situations with different players.
Working on strikers and midfielders
Working on other positions too

Confirms we are in for Aleksic and Samed

A lot can change in next 48 hours.

Some players could leave. Others could join.
Happy with the core of the team/squad as it stands, but adding to it would better balance the squad.

Possible that Ekwah could leave

Not bringing in a no.2 right now. That decision was made 2 weeks ago to focus on transfers
Will continue process after the window closes

Alese has injury. Could be serious. Unknown at the moment. Not confident in the short term
Possible out 3-4 weeks

Confident that Mundle can keep up level of performance he showed against Burnley
Happy with plans to replace Neil v Portsmouth

The fact that Cardiff don’t see him as ready for the first team probably says a lot to me, if we were in for him it probably wasn’t to be the man striker like we all thought, I think we were all going off what we had read up about him when we were first linked as a lot of people said at the time they hadn’t heard of him, I’m slightly nervous about getting another striker in but I think people kicking off with the club is unnecessary at this stage

I'll throw a few left field options out there, though I doubt any are realistic:

Yousef Chermiti - loan from Everton if they get Fofana in from Chelsea.

Joel Piroe - Would cost a fortune but might be available from Leeds.

Danny Ings - why not? Wouldn't be sensible in terms of wages probably, but he's being pushed out of West Ham and he'd be very capable of goals at this level presuming he's fit.

Working on deals for strikers, midfielders and other positions.
Samed and Aleksic confirmed interest

Without being overly negative is Alese's injury record proof of how we got a good structured deal off West Ham at the time?

Either perennially unlucky or struggles with injuries.

Same with Huggins but I think it’s the latter. Some people throw themselves into tackles for 90 minutes week in week out whilst being on the receiving end of plenty themselves too and rarely get injured. Then others have ankles like mine and snap ligaments on a flat surface :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Cheers. Really disappointing for Alese and us as he's been superb. Good luck lad.
